Dear Members of the Class of 2018:
In your final semester as undergraduate students here, I write to congratulate you on your accomplishments and to wish you success in your final months of study. After graduation this spring, you will join a global community of alumni who share a common bond and whose devotion and support help secure the University's position as one of the premier universities in the nation and in the world.
As you look to the future, I encourage you to consider participating in your class giving effort this year. Even a very small contribution can have a significant impact when added to the overall class gift, and your contributions will demonstrate your commitment to sustaining UVA for the generations of students that will come here after you.
You may direct your gift to any area of the University – your school, a department, a student organization, an athletic team, a library, or any other University entity. To make a gift online, please visit www.uva18.com/give. You can also give via Venmo to @classgiving2018 by writing your computing ID and the organization to which you'd like to donate in the subject line.
Your last semester here is a time to reflect on your accomplishments and to look ahead to the opportunities that stand before you. I send my best wishes as you prepare to embark on a wonderful new phase of life.
Very truly yours,
Teresa A. Sullivan
