Per the announcement from Provost Liz Magill and COO J.J. Davis on Jan. 14, 2022, food and beverages, including alcohol, will not be permitted at University events from Jan. 17 through Feb. 4, 2022. Alcohol approvals will be suspended at this time.
This form should be submitted at least five (5) business days prior to the proposed event.
As of January 2016, the alcohol form is now behind a log-in. You must (1) register and (2) validate your email address before you can view and submit the form. Please use your "[email protected]" email account to register. The validation emails will occasionally go to spam or junk folders.
