Approval Request for Use of Alcoholic Beverages


Given the ongoing pandemic and limitations to events and activities on Grounds, we have suspended alcohol approvals at this time. The University will continue to reassess event operations as policy, practice, and current health and safety conditions evolve.


This form should be submitted at least five (5) business days prior to the proposed event.

New Users

As of January 2016, the alcohol form is now behind a log-in. You must (1) register and (2) validate your email address before you can view and submit the form. Please use your "" email account to register. The validation emails will occasionally go to spam or junk folders. Please check if you do not receive the validation email within 10 minutes.
