Based on the Governor’s Executive Order, institutions of higher education may only conduct onsite operations for essential functions. As such, alcohol and other non-essential event requests will not be considered at this time. The University will re-assess event operations based upon any future adjustments to the Governor’s Executive Order as well as current health and safety conditions on Grounds.
This form should be submitted at least five (5) business days prior to the proposed event.
As of January 2016, the alcohol form is now behind a log-in. You must (1) register and (2) validate your email address before you can view and submit the form. Please use your "computingID@virginia.edu" email account to register. The validation emails will occasionally go to spam or junk folders.
