Prior to moving onto Grounds, you are required to upload your proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a completed medical or religious exemption form to the HealthyHoos portal (using NetBadge). This requirement was announced in May, and the deadline for completion was July 1. You will not be able to move into your residence hall until you have completed this requirement.
Your UVA ID card has been deactivated and will not be reactivated until you upload your information. As a result, you are not able to access buildings, services, or resources on Grounds. After uploading your information, it may take up to two business days for your ID to be reactivated so it is important that you take care of this well before you plan to return to Grounds.
