Prior to arriving on Grounds, you are required to upload your proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a completed medical or religious exemption form to the HealthyHoos portal (using NetBadge). This requirement was announced in May, and the deadline for completion was July 1. It is important that you complete this requirement as soon as possible.
As a result of not meeting the July 1 deadline, your ID has been deactivated. You cannot access buildings, services, or resources on Grounds at this time. After uploading your information, it may take up to two business days for your ID to be reactivated so it is important that you take care of this well before you plan to return to Grounds.
If you are an international student or coming from abroad, instructions addressing your situation are available on the Student Health and Wellness website.
If you are enrolled in an exclusively online program and you do not plan to come to Grounds for any reason, the vaccination requirement does not apply to you. You will still see the vaccine hold on your SIS account, but it will have no impact on your course enrollment or access to resources in your online program. If you do plan to come to Grounds, however, you must clear the hold.
