Join together as the Class of 2021 for an IN-PERSON viewing party at Scott Stadium for the Valediction Ceremony.

  • Details: Fourth-Years: Join together as the Class of 2021 one final time before graduation for an in-person viewing party at Scott Stadium. Valedictory Exercises includes a review of your four years, announcement of class award winners, and features keynote speaker Jay Pharoah. You can reserve your ticket through the UVAShots.com system.

Jay Pharoah is an American actor, stand-up comedian, impressionist, and fellow Virginia native. From 2010 to 2016, Pharaoh was a prominent cast member of NBC’s Saturday Night Live. He is known for his various celebrity impressions, including Barack Obama, Will Smith, Jay-Z, 50 Cent, and Eddie Murphy. In addition to his tenure at SNL, Pharaoh has worked on over 25 films and television programs, including the blockbuster film Ride Along, as well as Family Guy and BoJack Horseman. You may even recognize him voicing one of the protagonists in the ever-popular Call of Duty franchise.

All fourth-years will require a ticket to enter Scott Stadium. You can reserve your ticket through the UVAShots.com system, starting today. The deadline to claim your ticket is 5 p.m. on Friday, May 7.  You will not be able to attend Valedictory Exercises if you do not claim your ticket during this window of time.
If you recently used your UVAShots.com account to register for Final Exercises ticket(s), click here to log back in. You’ll be required to enter your email address/student ID and password from your student ticketing account.

If you have not previously registered for your student ticketing account on UVAShots.com using your student ID number, please click here.
Once you have logged in to your account, you will be able to claim your ticket for Valedictory Exercises, the in-person watch party.
All Valedictory Exercises tickets will be delivered electronically by Friday, May 14. Your ticket is not transferable. Please note that screenshots of tickets will not work!

Given the occupancy limit of the stadium is restricted due to the Governor’s Executive Order No. 72, there are no guest tickets available for this event. The ceremony will be livestreamed.
