Once selected, the Batten School will enroll students into Leadership In Practice (LPPL 4225), a three-credit course. The class will be taught on Mondays from 5:00-7:30 PM.

Students enroll in a Project Implementation course in the fall.

Fellows are assigned their faculty/staff Mentors. Fellows are required to meet with their mentor at least once a month.

Social and educational programs, such as Carter's Mountain Sunset Series, bowling, community service activities, guest speakers, etc.

MLI Mentor and Mentee Reception in the fall.

In the fall, Fellows are expected to help with the recruitment and selection of the incoming MLI cohort.
